1/2 c. pecans
1-16oz. cranberry sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1-14oz. sweetened condensed milk
small can crushed pineapple, drained
8-oz. container Cool Whip
3/4 c. coconut (optional)
milk and lemon juice. In another bowl, combine cranberry sauce, pineapple, nuts and coconut. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread in
9x13 inch baking dish. Freeze until firm. Slice to serve.
