1 lb. tenderized steak-sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of golden mushroom soup
large potatoes - cleaned & cubed
2 large carrots - cleaned & sliced
1 large onion - peeled &
1 bell pepper (optional) - cleaned, seeded, and sliced
Place all ingredients in
large pot or crock pot starting with meat, vegetables, finishing with soup. Cook in 400°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour
OR crock pot low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serves 4-5.
My sister-in-law gave me this recipe.
She leaves it cooking when going to church. She has lunch ready when she gets home.
