Frozen Fruit Salad

1 t. unflavored gelatin
2 T. lemon juice
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/8 t. salt
2/3 c. whipping cream, chilled
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2-1/2 can fruit cocktail, drained
Soak gelatin in lemon juice, dissolve in double boiler over hot water. Blend cheese with mayonnaise and salt. Stir in gelatin. Whip cream, adding sugar until cream is stiff. Fold cheese mixture into whipped cream, then fold in nuts and fruit. Pour into tray lined with waxed paper or onto round can lined with plastic bag and frozen about 4 hours. To serve, place a round slice in a lettuce leaf.
