Gary's Favorite Garden Goulash
1 lb. ground lean beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 medium potatoes,
1 can corn, drained
1 can english peas, drained
2 cans chopped tomatoes, do NOT drain
cups macaroni, dry
4 oz. cheese
Brown beef, until nearly done. Add onions, pepper, and
potatoes. Finish cooking, until potatoes tender. Meanwhile, boil water for macaroni. When boiling, add macaroni. Cook until
tender. When potatoes are tender, drain off any excess grease, then add tender macaroni. Now add corn, peas, and tomatoes.
When heated thru, add cheese. Stir until melted. Serve.
Serves 4-6 people. Great with hot
cornbread and brownies.
