1 lb. lean hamburger
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato
1/2 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 pkg MACARONI (cooked according to pkg. directions)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb. Velvetta cheese (diced)
1 can corn, drained (optional)
green beans, drained (optional)
Brown meat, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Pour off any grease. Mix soup,
tomato paste, and tomato sauce together with 1 c. water. Add to meat mixture. Add cheese, stir until cheese melts. Add macaroni.
Stir until well mixed. Add corn and green beans. Stir. Serve.
I like a lot of cheese. You may want to start
with a smaller amount. I have tried this with pinto beans instead of corn and green beans. Not bad. May try it with rice instead
of macaroni. Enjoy it your way.
