Homemade Peach Ice Cream

6 eggs
3 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 c. flour
2 12-oz. cans evaporated milk
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 T. vanilla
1-1/2 to 2 cups pureed fresh peaches
 
Beat eggs thoroughly, adding sugar, lemon, flour, vanilla, peaches, and canned milk. Mix well. Pour into freezer bucket. Fill with milk to milk line on bucket. Freeze according to ice cream makers directions.
 
Other fruits can be substituted according to season.
