Seasoned Kale Chips

1 Bundle of Kale

2-3 T. Olive Oil

1 T. Flavored salt (seasoned, garlic, onion) or regular salt

 

Pull all stems off kale, rinse and dry well. Toss in olive oil, sprinkle with salt and place on cookie sheet - single layer. Bake at 275F degrees for 20 mintes, turn over, and bake another 10 minutes. may be serves with thinned Ranch dressing.

 

** Be aware - Kale has a high amount of Vitamin K, so be aware of this if taking Warfarin products. **
