Bacon Wrapped Artichoke Hearts

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts - drained

1 lb. bacon (I prefer smoked bacon)

Cut artichokes hearts into quarters. Cut bacon into half slices. Heat oven to 400F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easier clean up. Wrap each quarter piece of artichoke heart with bacon and secure. (I use toothpicks) Place on cookie sheet and place in oven. Bake 12-15 minutes, should have bacon browned.

I have made both of these up to an hour before cooking. Just place in plastic gallon zipper bag. Place in refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator about 10 minutes before cooking.
