4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Italian Seasoning To Taste or Garlic Powder
1 T Canola Oil
Snall Can Of Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Bacon Bits
4-6 Green Onions,
Cooked Noodles or Cooked Rice (to serve 4)
Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning or Garlic
powder. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden on both sides. Top chicken
with remaining ingredients and cook until chicken juices run clear and the cheese is melted.
Serve over rice or noodles,
with a salad and bread.
