Layered Texan Dip
1 c. sour cream
1 small jar picante sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 avocadoes, pitted and diced
pkg taco seasoning
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 (7oz) cans bean dip
1/4 c. chopped green onion (including
2 tomatoes, chopped approx 1 cup
2 small cans sliced ripe olives, drained
Mix sour cream,
mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread bean dip on bottom of large serving bowl. Top with sour cream mixture, place layer of
picante sauce on top of sour cream mix, spread diced avocadoes next, continue layering with onions, tomatoes, olives and top
with shredded cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika (optional).
Serve with tortilla chips, fritos corn chips, and crackers.
