3 cans biscuits - prefer buttermilk
1 c. white sugar
3 T. cinnamon
1 T. cinnamon to be used with butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preheat over to 350F. Grease
one bundt pan with cooking spray - prefer butter flavor. Dust pan with sugar/cinnamon mix.
sugar and 3T. cinnamon in large plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters. Toss 4-6 quarters in bag at a time - coating well.
Arrange enough pieces in bottom of bundt pan to make a single layer and sprinkle some chopped pecans over this first layer.
Repeat with all biscuit pieces - layering them to fill over holes, remember to sprinkle each layer with nuts.
small sauce pan, melt butter with brown sugar and 1 T. cinnamon over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over biscuits.
at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then invert onto plate. Bread just pulls apart.
for holiday get togethers and makes your house smell wonderful too.
