Mushroom - Chicken Recipe
1 3lb. chicken, cut up and skinned
1/2 c. low-fat chicken broth
2 10-3/4 oz. can condensed (low-fat)
cream of mushroom soup
2 4oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained (DO NOT USE ONES WITH BUTTER)
chicken pieces in crock pot. Salt & pepper to taste. Mix soups and broth. Pour over chicken. Add mushrooms on top. Cover.
Cook 7-9 hours on low OR cook 3-4 hours on high.
