1 small can tuna, chicken, turkey, or salmon
1 large can chow
mein noodles (about 2 cups)
1 large can chow mein vegetables drained (about 2 cups)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery soup
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Place in
9 x 13 pan and bake uncovered at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Cream of chicken soup can be substituted for cream of
celery. You can top wtih grated cheese if you desire.
Serve with salad and rolls. My kids love it! You may want
to double the recipe if you are serving more than 4 people.
