Pineapple Salad with Cheese
Use 2 cans pineapple chunks and some juice. Make a sauce with 4 T. flour, 4 T. sugar, and 4 T. butter. Use the pineapple
juice to thin. If you do not have enough juice, use a little water. While mixture is hot, stir in 16 large marshmallows (cut
up) and about 2 1/2 inches of a small cake of Velvetta Cheese. When cool pour this mixture of pineapple (which is in bowl)
and top with nuts.
