Toast 2 pieces of bread in the toaster. Drain small can of crushed pineapple, then line cereal bowl with paper towel
and dump can into it. Scoop out 1/2 of pineapple on to 1 piece of toasted bread. Repeat with other. Broil in oven until bread
is brown and pineapple is hot (approx 2 minutes). Check it often. Take out and top with 1 - 2 tablespoons non-fat vanilla
yogurt. Dash with cinnamon and serve.
