Take one lb. lean hamburger meat-brown until no pink shows. Cut up one onion, one bell pepper & one clove of garlic.
In separate non-stick skillet, brown them lightly or until wobbly. Drain hamburger meat. Add onion, garlic & pepper. Add
one can corn (drained) & one large can pork and beans. Warm thoroughly. Serve with corn bread & salad.
