Rice-Cheese-Broccoli Casserole

1/2 C. Chopped Fine Onion

1 C. Rice (uncooked)

1 Can Lowfat Mushroom Soup

1 Can Lowfat Cream of Chicken Soup

1/2 C. Chopped Fine Celery

1 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Broccoli

1 Small Jar Cheese Product


Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions. Saute onion and celery in small amount of butter. Add soups and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Add broccoli. Place rice in buttered casserole as lining. Pour soup mixture over all and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Can be fixed as much as 2 days early. Refrigerate. Allow extra time for thorough heating.
