Spaghetti with Hamburger Casserole

1/2 - 3/4 lb Lean Hamburger Meat
1/3 c. Chopped Onion
1/4 c. Chopped Celery
1/2 c. Chopped Green Pepper
1 c. Canned Tomatoes, chopped
1 - 1 1/2 C. Cooked Spaghetti
2 T. Parsley - Chopped
1/4 t. Oregano
1/8 t. Garlic Powder
1/8 t. Pepper
2 T. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 T. Bread Crumbs
Brown hamburger meat. Drain off excess fat. Add onions, celery, and green peppers, continue cooking for 5 minutes. Stir often to avoid burning. Add tomatoes, spaghetti, parsely, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper (salt, if desired). Mix well. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
