1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1 3oz. pkg. Strawberry Gelatin
1 c. Canola Oil
1 c. Chopped strawberries
1/2 c. Nuts, chopped, - optional
all above ingredients with mixer. Beat approx. 4 minutes. Pour into 13x9 greased and floured pan for 25 minutes at 350°F.
Cool cake completely.
*Can substitute coconut in place of nuts*
1/2 c. Confectioner's Sugar
1/2 c. Butter (not Margarine)
1/2 c. Chopped Strawberries
Chopped Strawberries for garnish
Mix all above ingredients except garnish with mixer. Frost cooked
cooled cake. Garnish with strawberry when serving.
